TASTING NOTES
COLOR: Intense greenish yellow color.
NOSE: Typical Chardonnay aromas such as apple and pineapple combined with those that come from the yeasts through “sur lies” contact, such as toasted bread.
PALATE: Fresh, full-bodied and persistent flavor, thanks to the contribution of Sémillon and a touch of Malbec.
RECOMMENDED PAIRING|| Ideal to combine with seafood, fish, chicken, pasta with white sauce, seasonal fruits or soft cheeses.
