TASTING NOTES:
Bright mahogany color with bright amber reflections.
The nose has fresh and intricate notes of citrus and spices that evoke sweet and spicy aromas of dried fruits.
In the mouth it offers an explosion of citrus notes, with a lot of orange bitterness from bitter oranges, a sophisticated touch of spice and a light toasted note, all balanced by some sweetness.
The ending is seemingly endless.

Angêlus is incredibly versatile.
It is delicious alone or with a little honey as a winter warmer helped by its spicy note. At other times of year, it works wonderfully alone with ice and a slice of orange, or as a long drink with lemonade or sparkling water. He also makes a very sophisticated version of the Alexander cocktail, shaken with ice and fresh cream. In the kitchen it makes an excellent crepe Suzette and a few drops greatly improve a fruit salad.
Cardenal Mendoza Angêlus is a liqueur based on Brandy de Jerez, with Seville oranges, lemons, cardamom and cloves. The most exclusive part of Cardenal Mendoza, the Los Angeles action, takes on a new dimension in the form of liquor. Angêlus is a liqueur based on our classic Brandy de Jerez.
