At sight, ruby in color with violet hues. On the nose, red fruits such as blackberries, red pepper and spices such as white pepper. On the palate, soft tannins. Good balance between fruit and sweetness. Fresh and long finish.
PAIRINGS AND SERVICE: Ideal to accompany red meats and pastas or varieties of cheeses. Serve at 16°-18°C.
VINEYARDS: Located in Perdriel and Agrelo (Luján de Cuyo), Tunuyán (Valle de Uco) and Barrancas (Maipú), province of Mendoza. Stony soils with presence of silt and clay.
