85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc.
Origin: Mainly produced with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, with a small part of Cabernet Franc, from the Haras de Pirque vineyards in the Maipo Valley, to tell this characteristic territory through a fascinating wine, characterized by herbaceous and spicy notes supported by a freshness extraordinary, typical of the terroir.
Alcoholic grade: 13.0° GL.
TASTING NOTES
Intense red color. On the nose, notes of chocolate are in harmony with aromas of rosemary and laurel, characteristic of this terroir. In the mouth it is a concentrated and smooth wine, with silky and persistent tannins that frame the potential of this variety in Pirque.

Vinification: The different plots of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc were vinified independently in stainless steel and French oak vats. Before the alcoholic fermentation, a cold maceration for 3 to 5 days, to maximize its aromatic potential. After alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts, the wine was transferred to barrels where it matured for a period of 12 months.
