VINEYARDS: Located in Luján de Cuyo (Agrelo), province of Mendoza. Alluvial, stony soils with the presence of silt and clay
BREEDING: 18 months in French oak barrels.
Deep ruby red in color with blue and black flashes. On the nose, a marked presence of black fruits is perceived, reminiscent of blackberries and ripe plums, complemented with notes of spices such as paprika and black pepper. It is perceived voluminous, with marked and sweet tannins. Great structure and complexity, which confer a long finish with an aftertaste of fruit and toast.
PAIRINGS AND SERVICE: Ideal to accompany meats with good fat content. Serve at 18°C.
