Tasting Notes: Deep and intense violet color, its aroma refers to concentrated notes of black fruits, bitter chocolate and liquor. Complex mineral and floral aromas are also perceived, along with notes of spice and fresh herbs. In the mouth it is a wine of great concentration, with pronounced flavors of black fruits and a strong mineral side. This is a notoriously complex wine, which we hope will reach its maximum splendor within the next five to six years.
Varietal: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Malbec
Aging: for 24 months in 80% new French oak barrels. It is then stored in the bottle for 24 months, before being released to the market.
