Ageing: Next, half of the wine is racked into a 50hl foudre, and the other half is racked into French oak barrels (20% new). Aged for 16 months.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Elegant and fresh wine. Reveals aromas of wild fruits and sour cherries, floral notes and earthy touches stand out.
PALATE: Refined and vibrant on the palate with concentrated red fruit flavors, it has great balance with structured and ripe tannins.
FINISH: Persistent finish and great aging potential.
