Barrels once filled with Caribbean rum are used to finish this variation, which is aged for 21 years. Four months in Gran Reserva barrels wrap this single malt whiskey with aromas and flavors selected by our Malt Master.
An intense aroma of sweet vanilla; floral with hints of banana. And a delicate and lively flavor of lemon, ginger and spices followed by a long and complex finish.
Our rum exudes intense layers and positions our 21 Year Old whiskey in a place far removed from the rest.

COLOUR: dark gold
NOSE: Intense; soft vanilla. Floral, hints of banana, figs, milk caramel, new leather and oak.
MOUTH: Mild at first; then abrupt, vibrant and dry. Peppered and with a touch of smoked oak, lemon, ginger and spices.
FINAL: Long, warm, dry and spicy.
