TASTING NOTE
COLOR: Yellow dress with reflections of a light amber color.
Discreet effervescence, of great finesse.
NOSE: Intense bouquet that combines sweet flowers (honeysuckle, broom), yellow fruits (peach) and slightly toasted nuts (hazelnuts).
Spicy and lemon-scented notes follow, reminiscent of Sichuan pepper, but it also leaves a sweet and sugary, ripe impression, reminiscent of chestnut cream.
PALATE: The attack in the mouth is long and light. Long, at first, thanks to its creamy, sweet, almost spherical texture that rolls up and covers the mouth in a formidable way; light, because it has a saline and refined freshness that 'stretches' the material to give it a smooth, vaporous and delicate appearance.
FINISH: One is enchanted by this magnificent expression of juicy sun fruit, spreading in a delicate caress.
The finish falls on delicious notes of bitter fruits and citrus and finely woody spices.
