The grapes selected for this bottle, a true oenological excellence for the most attentive consumer, are picked exclusively by hand. The subzone gives the base an extract higher than the average for the appellation.
The result is a bright straw yellow color, a soft and fruity flavor, which opens on the nose in a true triumph of aromas reminiscent of pear, apricot and a light tropical touch. The Rive are the most suitable areas of the Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG area. In particular, the Rive di Colbertaldo, a hamlet in the municipality of Vidor, has the oldest vineyards, located on the slopes to the left of the Piave, protected by the Alps and well exposed to the sun.
