Preparation
1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker (if you don't have one, to a jar with a lid) and ice
2. Shake until cool
3. Strain the liquid into a tall glass filled with crushed ice if you prefer.
4. You can decorate with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry
