The Ratafía has a volume of 18% and its aging in barrels gives it a sustained amber colour, a powerful and expressive nose with fruity notes of prunes, dried fruit, walnuts and candied fruit. Serve cold as an aperitif, or to accompany melon or foie gras. It also seduces with all the flowery cheeses.
