The process of making Cristalino Contraluz mezcal begins with the careful selection of the agave pineapples, which are cooked and crushed to obtain the must. Unlike traditional mezcals, the must undergoes an additional filtering process, where activated carbon filters are used to eliminate impurities and achieve transparency.
