LOCATION / ORIGIN Gualtallary, Tupungato. Mendoza Province, Argentina.
BREEDING / BARRICADE Elaboration. Maximum temperature 28º C for 22 days, with 28 days of maceration. 5 different harvest times (with a total of 5 weeks difference between the first and the last). Aged 16 months in French oak barrels, 20% new.

TASTING NOTE
COLOUR: This Cabernet Franc is ruby red in color with soft violet hues.
NOSE: intense aromas and concentrated notes of cassis, ripe currants and sweet spices including black pepper.
PALATE: Its time in oak offers integrated notes of cedar and vanilla. Fresh impact and excellent structure on the palate, reminiscent of ripe red fruit with notes of eucalyptus and black pepper.
FINISH: This wine has excellent balance and elegance with a well-structured lingering finish.
