Tasting note
Deep purple red in color. The wine from this vintage shows extraordinary elegance with an abundance of fresh red fruit along with notes of currants and florals. In the mouth it has an enormous richness of flavors, with breadth from beginning to end, there is a lot of energy in perfect balance with the finesse of the textures and flavors.
Pairing: Red meats, especially lamb, and wild game meats in different ways: baked, stewed, in preparations with red wine sauces, mushrooms, rosemary and tomatoes, among others. Different terrines and pâtés, especially duck with truffles. Cow or goat cheeses; dry and mature cheeses, or creamy cheeses.
