Bertani Valpolicella Ripasso DOC 750 ml - Vino Tinto
A splendid Ripasso from the best vineyards that Casa Bertani has in Valpolicella Clásica and Valpantena, in soils rich in limestone and marl. After the harvest, a typical vinification follows, consisting of a first fermentation in steel, which will be followed by a second, in mid-March, in which the wine is left “ripassando” (returning) in contact with the skins of the Amarone. . These skins, far from being exhausted, are still very rich in extractive substances and native yeasts.
