Tempranillo 60%, Garnacha 30%, Mazuelo 5% and Graciano 5%
French and American Oak, 14 months. Stowage 12 months.
Nose: Perfumed with primary notes predominating such as red fruits, a subtle licorice and faint tertiary touches reminiscent of spices and cedar.
Mouth: Fresh entrance. It advances to the middle, showing balance, good fruit expression, in harmony with a very well integrated medium acidity, fine and delicate tannins, medium body and well-assembled alcohol. It has a long finish.
Pairing: Cured Iberian sausages, tapas in general, paella, white and red meats. Cow or sheep cheeses.
