On the nose it is complex and expressive where the character of the 2021 vintage translates into an interesting balance between the fresh notes of the red fruit typical of the variety with more ripe nuances of black fruit, coffee and spices, such as vanilla.
Palate: In the mouth it is balanced, with a medium structure and very sweet tannin. Easy to drink, but retaining personality and a persistent and very pleasant aftertaste.
Recommended pairing: Red meats, traditional roast lamb
