Nose: lush. It remembers ripe fruits, floral touches like violets and spices, including curry.
Paladate: Extremely elegant, rich in expression of ripe fruit which envelops the entire palate, silky tannins, complex, with a long and pleasant finish.
Pairing:
It is an exceptional wine that would be enjoyed very well alone, by itself. Great accompaniment to delicacies such as Iberian sausages, pork, lamb and red meats, as well as medium to mature cheeses.
