TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Very concentrated, with plums, currants, blueberries, blackberries, spicy notes, leather and tobacco.
Palate: Soft attack with presence of fruit flavors perceived on the nose. Very elegant and silky, refined tannins, remarkable balance, with a delicious play of textures and a long finish.
Pairing: Sushi, tuna, salmon, stews, white and red meats, game and semi-cured cheeses.
Flor de Pingus is born from the assembly of 16 different plots (the minimum age of the vines is 35 years), located in the heart of the Ribera del Duero, in the La Horra – Roa area. Organically grown grapes. Its exquisite roundness and seductive charm will amaze us from start to finish. Limited production of 90,000 bottles.
