Cement tanks, oak vats and second and third year French oak barrels from Pingus and Flor de Pingus, 17 months.
TASTING NOTES:
Nose: perfumed, aromas of berries, red fruits such as currants or raspberries. Subtle notes of vanilla and spices.
Palate: Silky entry, it offers a lot of red fruit such as strawberries and raspberries, with a touch of spice, balance and harmony, enveloping freshness and a delicate and pleasant finish. Pairing: Sushi, fish such as trout, tuna, salmon, carpaccio, Iberian charcuterie, white meats, roasts, red meats and fresh, medium-ripe cheeses.
