TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: Frank and very complex. Wide aromatic range, ripe black and red wines, faint hints of menthol, leather and tobacco, complemented by soft cedar perfumes.
PALATE: Warm and silky entry. A jammy fruit opens up, in harmony with a fair acidity, very polished tannins, great richness, intensity and finesse. Memorable and pleasant ending.
PAIRING: The best red meats, lamb, game, roasts and cured cheeses will be some of the best companions. A great wine that can be enjoyed alone as well.

It is a Signature wine. The age of the vines exceeds 80 years. Yield per hectare of only 1,000 kg/ha, of the 7,500 kg/ha, allowed in the D.O. Ribera del Duero. Thus obtaining superior quality grapes. Limited and exclusive production of only 2,000 numbered bottles. This wine reflects a long aging style. The passage of its 12 years of aging (hence its name), several meters deep, has allowed it to round out and assemble to perfection. A great wine, to enjoy in those magical and special moments.
