Don Melchor, Cabernet Sauvignon is aged: 15 months in French oak barrels (71% new and 29% second use). Aging potential: Over 35 years. It is a tasty wine, with a soft attack, then showing great freshness, along with the elegance and power characteristic of Puente Alto. It is a wine with a velvety texture, lush body, and a very long and persistent finish.
EPU is the second wine from Viña Almaviva, EPU is an "Assemblage" of Bordeaux strains, highlighting the predominance of Cabernet Sauvignon, and is distinguished as an exceptionally exclusive product with a limited production. Manual Harvest with Aging for 12 months in French Oak Barrels.
