TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: An intense violet color with blue-black hues.
Nose: Aromas of ripe black fruits such as blackberries, black cherries, and plums, with some notes of fresh red fruits and flowers such as violets intertwined with spicy, vanilla, and chocolate notes contributed by its oak aging.
Palate: Intense on the palate with structured tannins, with good acidity that gives it a long, persistent finish.
Pairing: Ideal with red meats, game, and hard cheeses.
Aging: 12 months in 225-liter barrels of new and second-hand French and American oak.
Aging: 2 to 7 years.
