TASTING NOTES
Tunic of a slightly dark ruby red with garnet reflections. On the nose it has aromas of blackberry, cedar, spiced with notes of chocolate. It has a rich tannic structure, ripe and round but soft, and a clean finish. A drink for pleasure.
Pairing: This red will go very well with red meat dishes, pizza or typical Italian primary and secondary dishes.

Fermentation: in stainless steel
Aging: 15% aged in oak barrels
Aging potential: 3-4 years
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
