

Castello Banfi Centine Toscana wine, intense ruby red color with violet hues.
Varieties Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot.
On the nose it presents subtle aromas of fruit, spices and some wood, combined in a fine and elegant way.
In the mouth it is smooth, with a slight presence of tannins and fruity aftertaste.
In its preparation, the harvest and selection was entirely by hand, alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, later it was transferred for malolactic fermentation.
Once finished, it was aged for a short period in oak barrels, with storage in the bottle.
