Antinori le Maestrelle 750 ml - Vino Tinto
Antinori le Maestrelle is a red Blend: 60% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot and 20% Syrah.
The grapes are harvested at different times and vinified separately depending on the variety. This process allows specific fermentations and macerations to be carried out for each strain, enhancing its aromatic characteristics and the softness of the tannins. The fermentation temperature does not exceed 25°C and the pumping over is carried out gently and delicately. Malolactic fermentation ends at the end of October, allowing the wine to begin its aging period partly in barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks.
