TASTING NOTES
Ruby red in color that tends towards violet, the nose expresses beautiful notes of red fruits, plums and light floral touches of violets. In the mouth it is fresh, with a soft entry and balanced acidity, characterized by round and structured tannins.
COMBINATIONS
For the whole meal, it goes well with delicate meat dishes. Excellent over pasta with meat sauce and rich couscous.
A red wine capable of combining freshness and intensity, it is in fact thanks to a careful blend of Negroamaro, Primitivo and Cabernet Sauvignon that Neprica is born. Vinified and left to mature in stainless steel tanks to preserve its natural fragrance, in the glass it reveals particularly fruity and delicately floral aromas. The Puglia Rosso IGT "Neprica" 2014 by Tormaresca is a red for everyday life, a perfect companion for the table.
