TASTING NOTES
Rich aromas of black cherry, cocoa, red fruits, leather and blueberry that give rise to soft flavors of ripe cherry, rich vanilla extract, with earthy and tobacco touches. It has a flexible and energetic body, silky and tasty tannins with a light and dry but penetrating finish.
Pairing: A great option to accompany spaghetti bolognese or any Italian pasta dish, with meat dishes especially beef, pork and charcuterie, with pizza, even with risottos and couscous.
