TASTING
Muga Rosado stands out for its pale pink color.
The nose is very intense and complex, with a first impact of notes of peach, apricot and white flowers.
On the palate it is a very balanced wine with an acidity very well integrated with the volume on the palate with a very long finish once again reminiscent of stone fruits with some citrus notes. With an aftertaste where we find stone fruit as well as citrus notes.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany seafood, pasta, rice and salads. Ideal to enjoy by the glass, as a starter or with a small aperitif on a terrace.

VARIETIES
Grenache and viura.
GEOLOGY AND SOIL
Mostly calcareous clay from the Oja Valley area and ferrous clay from the upper Najerilla area.
ELABORATION
Manual harvest. After a light maceration in the press for 5 hours, the must is fermented at a controlled temperature around 16-18ºC for 15-20 days. In this way it allows us to maintain as much as possible the freshness, complexity and aromatic intensity of the grapes from which it comes. Once fermentation is complete, it remains for 16 weeks with its fine lees in suspension, which will enhance its softness and length in the mouth. Before bottling, cold stabilization is carried out.
