Zacapa XO is a luxury rum made from a blend of rums aged between 6 and 25 years with additional aging in French oak barrels that have previously contained cognac.
In January 2012, the Zacapa brand was recognized by the world luxury association as one of the hundred most valued and influential brands worldwide.
The secret of Zacapa is its slow solera aging in the cold lands of the Guatemalan highlands and the use only of the concentrated juice from the first pressing of the sugar cane.
