An elegant rum that has won multiple awards, including the international gold medal. El Dorado 12 Years is made to be savored directly, on the rocks or in a classic Mai Tai cocktail. A blend of specially selected aged rums, the youngest no less than 12 years old, is a combination of Enmore, Diamond Coffey and Port Mourant double wooden pot stills, blended to perfection and aged in old bourbon oak barrels.
Its flavor is described as exuberant tropical fruit, spicy nose with hints of honey and dark sugar. Round, smooth and full-bodied palate, with rich flavors of fruit and spices. The finish is delicious, elegant and dry. "Hedonistic and well balanced."
