Brugal 1888 Double Aged is a truly exceptional rum crafted in the Dominican Republic. It combines the exquisite flavors of bourbon and sherry barrels in a double-aging process. Spices such as vanilla, red berries, and toffee, interspersed with cocoa and natural oak notes, make Brugal 1888 a delightful, smooth spirit, full of flavor, and perfectly balanced.
Color: Deep amber with reddish highlights. Pure and bright.
Flavor: Very round and smooth, with body and character. You can perceive the sweetness of toffee and vanilla combined with peach, cocoa, and sweet clove.
Aroma: The sophisticated sweetness of red berries, raisins, dates, and nuts is complemented by aromas of spiced wood with appealing hints of cinnamon.
Aftertaste: Especially long-lasting and elegant, with subtle notes of honey.
