The Macallan Fine Oak Triple Cask 18 years is a Scotch whiskey made in the Speyside area and where the great purity and quality of its waters are used. In its preparation, a batch distillation method is used and heat is applied directly to achieve a greater degree of caramelization of the malted barley.
Made from a combination of European and American oak casks seasoned with sherry and casks containing bourbon. Soft, delicate and complex character of the entire range. The 18 years give it depth of flavor with notes of orange, cocoa and spices.
