Matured in distinctive Spanish sherry casks to create a rich, smooth flavor, each individual cask is hand-selected for its flavor profile by our malt master, Brian Kinsman.
Once selected, the casks are married in our exclusive Solera vat, allowing their complementary flavors to meet and meld to create a single malt of extraordinary consistency and quality.
Deliciously smooth and silky, this expression has a sweet, tangy flavor and a complex flavor that develops with each sip. A truly intriguing single malt.

TASTING NOTES
COLOUR: dark gold Walnut
SMELL: A strong and lively aroma with an abundance of spices and oak. Fresh toasted white bread with jam. Ancient leather and parchment.
TASTE: Deliciously soft and silky. The sweetness of the drink and the spices of the Spanish barrels combine to offer a complex and enveloping flavor that increases in the glass.
FINISH: Very long lasting with a sweetness that lasts.
