An exceptional Highland Single Malt, which begins its maturation in ex-bourbon American white oak casks and finishes in exclusive Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks.
Our spirit begins its aging in ex-bourbon American white oak casks, which impart notes of vanilla and honey. A portion is then transferred to the finest aged Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks, which accentuate the rich character of our whisky.
TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Citrus, chocolate, aromatic spices
Palate: Seville oranges, dried fruit with a hint of vanilla
Finish: Roasted coffee and dark chocolate
