TASTING NOTES
COLOUR:
NOSE: Ripe oak at first, later revealing dried fruit, vanilla, sweet pears and cinnamon.
PALATE: Dried fruits and wood-borne spices flood the palate. Ginger, cinnamon and oak that add depth.
FINISH: Great persistence. Long, lasting and memorable.
