Predominantly made from corn, Coffey still-distilled whiskey is matured in old casks, such as refilled, remade and charred casks originally made from American oak to deliver the sweet flavor and smooth flavors of Coffey distillates.
It is matured in old barrels, such as refilled, remade and charred barrels originally made of American Oak.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Very original fruity notes of citrus and floral fruits that give it a sensation of freshness, along with sweet notes of honey, caramel and vanilla, and a woody background.
PALADATE: A note of freshness predominates in the mouth, along with hints of dried fruits, such as almonds and walnuts, hints of ripe banana, licorice and caramel, but with fresh and balsamic hints of bourbon.
