The Thieves prize Chardonnay for its rich flavors and dazzling aromas. Made in a clean, crisp style, the Chardonnay first undergoes partial malolactic fermentation to enhance aromas and mouthfeel. It’s then fermented on French and American oak, which imparts notes of spice and sweet oak, beautifully complementing the fresh fruit flavors.
