The Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons from Joseph Drouhin is made with Chardonnay grapes with an ABV of 12.5%. this Biodynamic Burgundy is a typical Chablis—dry and brisk, with a brilliant yellow-green hue.
It exudes mineral and complex aromas—notes of white flower and lemon, with surprising hints of artichoke and asparagus. It has a wonderful clarity and sharpness on the palate, with fruit and mineral flavors, and a long aftertaste.
PAIRING: This Joseph Drouhin – Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons is an excellent wine to serve as aperitif. It’s great with seafood, and best paired with oysters, fish, and other shellfish.
