Catena Zapata - Adrianna Vineyard White Stones Chardonnay 750 ml - Vino Blanco
The term "White stones" refers to the composition of said rows of soil, with white oval stones covered by gravel. The Vineyard "Adrianna" is planted at an altitude of almost 1,500 meters above sea level, in the district of Gualtallary in Tupungato. The stony soil prevents deep root growth, providing optimum drainage. These, very poor in organic matter, soil contribute to support vines permanent stress conditions. Cold Mountain nights facilitate a slow maturation process, with optimum retention levels of acidity and/or performance has naturally low.

COLOUR: The White Stones Chardonnay has a bright lemon yellow color with gold highlights.
NOSE: Aromas of pears and apples are underscored by notes of vanilla and white flowers and a stony minerality.
PALATE: On the palate, the wine has flavors of baked red apples, Bosc pears, and fifteen along with notes of creamy vanilla and baking spices.
FINISH: The finish is crisp and bright with a stony minerality that lingers on the palate.
