TASTING NOTES
COLOUR: intense golden, luminous and bright.
Dynamic effervescence, incessant succession of clouds of fine bubbles.
NOSE: Intense bouquet, perfumed and of great purity. Concentrated and candied citrus fruits are delicately mixed with notes of corn and lightly toasted almonds. Sensation of beautiful and generous ripe fruit, mitigated by fresh and acidic spikes, delicate and energetic.
PALATE: fruity and silky texture amplified by a perfectly integrated and deliciously elegant soft effervescence. The purity and perfection of the ripe yellow fruit melts into that intense chalky freshness, typical of Cristal, at the same time smooth and saline. Dense, juicy, concentrated and prolonged on the palate, thanks to the vigorous and spicy structure, the result of partial aging in oak foudres.
FINISH: intensifies revealing a full texture, velvety and full-bodied, wrapped in a long finish, saline and of a sublime elegance.
