The love for all things bitter naturally led them to highlight the artichoke in all its splendor. Carciofo is made from a blend of 19 herbs and botanicals with neutral grain liquor from Buffalo, New York. They take fresh artichokes from California's Central Valley and macerate them for 10 days along with warming spices like cinnamon, allspice, and dandelion root. Lemon peel and bay leaf complete the mixture that is sweetened with organic cane sugar.
TASTING NOTE
It is a digestif made from artichokes with a distinctive local touch. This blend offers a balance of warm spices, bitter roots, citrus and artichokes. Its flavor combines citrus and bitter notes, with a touch of warm spices, creating a complex and sophisticated flavor experience.
