TASTING ANALYSIS

An excellent vintage: During the winter the rains were normal and in the spring the good temperatures accelerated the vegetative development that was later slowed down with the arrival of summer. The high temperatures and lack of rain of the summer period lasted until after the harvest. These circumstances provided outstanding grape concentration and maturity. It is therefore a year of wines with a marked personality, resounding, with great aromatic density and weight in the mouth.

Made with great care: For 12 days the wine macerates with its own skins and then undergoes malolactic fermentation for 30 days in stainless steel tanks. Finally, it is aged in French and American oak.

Youth as a flag: Cherry red in color heavily covered with a violet rim, on the nose it is intense and fruity dominated by the ripe black fruits typical of Tempranillo. Subtle floral notes and dairy nuances appear in the glass, adding complexity and sweetness to the wine. In the mouth it is silky and with volume. Thanks to a very ripe tannin, the palate is pleasant and creamy, with a very pleasant finish and a long aftertaste.

Ideal to accompany: Finca Resalso is a young Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero that stands out above all for its versatility when it comes to pairing. It can pair with white meats, sausages, any appetizer...

Serving temperature: Serve between 14 and 16ºC.

Conservation tips: Place our Finca Resalso bottles in a horizontal position so that the wine and the cork are in permanent contact, always keep them at a constant temperature and avoid exposure to direct light.
