Nose: Very aromatic, with a predominance of ripe black and red fruits, contribution of sweet spices, confectionery, vanilla, mocha, dark chocolate, nutmeg, toasted touches and peppers.
Mouth: Warm and balanced entry. Great fruit expression. Round tannins, balanced with the right acidity provided by the Petit Verdot. Delights with its rich texture, structured, intense and with long persistence at the end.
Pairing: Salmon ceviche, parmesan mussels, oily fish, Fettuccini Alfredo, pork ribs, game, lamb, New York, rib eye, chorizo steak, churrasco, entrail as well as mature cheeses.
