TASTING NOTE
NOSE: perfumed and complex. Remember ripe black fruits, toffee, cedar and spices.
PALATE: Seductive from its entrance. Jelly-like flavors of ripe fruits such as plum and figs. Broad, fleshy and enveloping. Memorable for its elegance and intensity. Its aftertaste is persistent. It is a complete wine.
PAIRING:The best red meats, lamb, game, roasts and cured cheeses will be some of your best companions. A great wine that can be enjoyed alone as well.

It is a Signature wine. The age of the vines exceeds 60 years. Yield per hectare of only 2,000 kg/ha, of the 7,500 kg/ha, allowed in the D.O. Ribera del Duero. Thus obtaining superior quality grapes. Limited production of approximately 30,000 bottles. This wine reflects a long aging style. The passage of its 6 years of aging (hence its name), several meters deep, has allowed it to be rounded and assembled to perfection.
