TASTING NOTE
NOSE: aromatic. It invites the memory of red and black fruits such as cherries and blackberries, fennel, scrubland (mixture of rosemary, thyme and oregano), smoky aromas, vanilla and coffee. PALATE: Exquisite entry. Sensations of fresh fruits, menthol and chocolate touches are perceived along the way. Intense, polished tannins, fine texture and pronounced finish. PAIRING: Stews with intense flavor, cured Iberian sausages, pork, game, lamb, cuts of beef and cured cheeses.
