NOSE: Deep and voluminous. Red and black fruits stand out in compote with spicy, mineral and balsamic touches, as well as toasted notes. With the wood present, fine and to be integrated.
PALATE: It appears powerful and well balanced in terms of maturity and freshness. It has a very long and fresh finish. Elegant. This wine is silky, mineral, fruity, charming and very seductive.
PAIRING: Sausages, Tapas in General, White and red meats.

13 Plots that provide Tempranillo to make this wine with a mix of soils; Calcareous clay, clay and Alluvial, which provide great sophistication in taste.
The winery was founded in 1995. Initially it was located in an old cellar excavated on the slopes of the San Vicente de la Sonsierra castle. These caves were dedicated, since the 12th century, to the production and aging of wine.
The room where the wine skins were received or shipped was called “Contador” and that is where the name of the winery comes from.
The production of the vine is limited to only 1 kg. Exclusive production of only 13,000 bottles per year.
