AGEING: 17 months in 1st and 2nd use French oak barrels.
TASTING NOTE
NOSE: red and black fruits, fine woods, scrubland, notes of spices and a mineral touch.
PALATE: Elegant, fresh and mature, with volume, full of fruity sensations, balanced acidity, ripe tannin and a delicate finish.
PAIRING: Tapas in general, sausages, fish, paellas, pastas, white and red meats. As well as fresh and semi-cured cheeses.

Made with the youngest vines in the winery, aged between 20 and 40 years, located in the Rioja Alavesa, in the municipalities of San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Labastida, 14 plots in total. He received the name Preacher in homage to Clint Eastwood's character in the film “The Pale Rider”, 1985, who wore a hat like the label and the rider was a stranger called by everyone as the Preacher.
The production of the vine is limited to only 1.5 kg. Exclusive production of only 65,000 bottles annually.
