TASTING NOTES FOR CHATEAU CHANGYU PURPLE AIR
On the nose, beautiful floral aromas give way to more complex notes of red and black fruits, with savory hints of cedar, tobacco, and a warm touch of vanilla thanks to subtle oak aging; all in perfect harmony, creating a sense of well-being.
On the palate, it is exquisite, generous, and appealing, with a delightful freshness. A premium wine from Ningxia, but we have focused on elegance and finesse; the wine possesses intensity and complexity without being excessive or overwhelming.
- 100% Cabernet Sauvignon (small, healthy berries with brown seeds and 24-25 degrees Brix).

“Purple air comes from the east – It accompanies the fortune and luck of the east!”

An acidity of 5.4 g/l is also a good indicator of freshness. We learn from Bordeaux and its focus on "la frecheur" (freshness).
It will age well for at least 15 years.
